30 weeks- 10 weeks left!!

How far along? 30 weeks- Whoa! Only 10 weeks left! :O
Size of baby? My app says the size of a head of lettuce
Heartbeat? 142 BPM at the last apt
Total weight gain/loss? +14
Maternity clothes? Bought some dresses from Old Navy on Monday. They haven’t come in yet, so I don’t know if they make me look any better or not.
Stretch marks?  No, but the dark line has started to appear. And my belly button doesn’t look like it belongs to me anymore!
Sleep? This week was rough for sleep. I had leg cramps most nights that would wake me up every 3-4 hours.
Best moment this week? I finally found a long term sub assuming all goes according to plan. That was a worry that is now taken care of.
Movement? A lot. I’m not really a fan of hiccups though. It’s like muscle spasms over and over that you don’t notice at first until you become annoyed that you’re belly is moving every 5 seconds. She actually has them right now as I type this.
Food cravings?  Nothing new really. I do however want realllly cold water. I usually just drink room temperature water but that kinda grosses me out now. It has to be cold.
Gender predictions? GIRL- Emilia ‘Emi’ Grace
What I miss:  Still wish I could do things for myself and didn’t have to wait for someone to help me. That’s just annoying. I also wish I could clean my whole house without feeling completely whipped.
What I'm looking forward to:  Planning for my showers and getting the decorations up on the walls.
How are you feeling? Well I fell getting off the bus during a field trip on Wednesday so I felt a little banged up most of the week. Everything was fine, but my tail bone was really sore for a few days.

29 weeks

Total weight gain/loss? +13 ewww!!!

Maternity clothes? Yep. I can’t wait for spring clothes though because I’m getting really sick of black and grey!  

Stretch marks? Not yet. But nothing looks super pretty! I’m definitely not a fan of my legs. They’re really strange looking!

Sleep? I am uncomfortable a lot while I sleep. I guess this will probably be a common thing for the next 11 weeks.  

Best moment this week? Finally got my baby furniture. The room is set up and now just need decorations.

Movement? Lots of movement.  

Food cravings?  I really like ice water right now. Normally I drink water room temperature but right now the colder the better!

Gender predictions? GIRL- Emilia Grace

What I miss:  Today when I left school they were making hot dogs for 5^th grade night. I suddenly REALLY wanted a hot dog. I’ll eat one in May I guess.

What I'm looking forward to:  Plans for showers have started. That’s exciting.

How are you feeling? Still dealing with acid reflux. I hear that means your baby has a lot of hair. We’ll see. 

27 weeks- hello 3rd trimester!!

How far along? 27 weeks

Size of baby? My app saysthe size of cauliflower

Heartbeat? 142 BPM at the last apt

Total weight gain/loss? +8

Maternity clothes? Yep! I wear the same 10 things over and over. I guess I need to start accessorizing better so I don’t feel so frumpy all the time.

Stretch marks? Not yet, and no dark line yet but still tons of veins everywhere! And my skin is SUPER sensitive. If I scratch ever so lightly I’ll have red lines running down for a long time later!

Sleep? Sleeping is good.  

Best moment this week? Started painting the stripes in the nursery. They're going to look super cute!

Movement? Lots of movement usually at night. Last night I think she was having a dance party.

Food cravings? Nothing in particular. Although, I can't gorge myself I've noticed, because it makes everything feel too heavy and bloated and sometimes causes me to get sick.

Gender predictions? GIRL! We had several names we entertained. The first we thought we liked was Brielle. Then Anthony said if she was mean people would say her name like a witch. Then I found Briella but I didn’t like it because it was too close to Isabella. Then we toyed with Gianna for awhile but I didn’t really like it for a baby or little kid. I thought it was a pretty adult name but not kid name.
Then I bought a book of 60,000 baby names and found Emilia pronounced Ema-Lea.It means soft spirited.
So that’s the name so far!
We debated on middle names for awhile too.
He wanted to use Bella’s name, Marie, but I didn’t really like that idea and Bella wasn’t too shot up about it either.
So the three we played with were Sophia, Natalia and Grace. I liked Grace because I think it needs to be a shorter middle name with Emilia and Piccolo.
So as of right now the name is Emilia Grace Piccolo!! If she comes out and we don’t think she looks like that we’ll reconsider at that time. We’ll call her Emi for short!

What I miss: Doing things for myself. I hate having to wait for someone else to do something that I would normally do myself with no problems.

What I'm looking forward to: Finishing the big things in the room this week. The stripes should be done Friday and then I'm getting a new fan and blinds hung on Saturday. Then the next weekend the furniture will be here so I can start decorating and doing the fluff stuff which will be fun.

How are you feeling? Still dealing with a cough, but no scary blood pressure drops this week. The cough only bothers me at night and early in the morning so most of the time it isn't a big deal.
